# Multipage plugin. October special theme.

 * Hi there,
 * I have used the multipage plugin before and absolutely love it, it comes in handy
   as I use wordpress as a platform for my online magazine and long articles are
   a regular.
 * However, since I switched to the October Special theme I am unable to use it,
   does anyone have any idea why?
    I love this theme and as I cannot afford a custom
   one, it is the answer to all my prayers, but not being able to use the plugin
   is impossible, and I might have to switch again.
 * Does anyone know why?
 * And hints as to other plugins that the multipage one will interact with or affect
   negatively?
 * All and any help or tips will be appreciated.

 * C’mon. Can’t you just insert `<!--nextpage-->` where you want to break the text?(
   This, of course, assuming you don’t use the wysiwyg editor)

 * 🙂 Your template may not know what to do with those tags. Have a look at [Styling_Page-Links](http://codex.wordpress.org/Styling_Page-Links)
   for some pointers on `wp_link_pages()`

 * If the theme’s index (or page) file is missing this:
    `<?php wp_link_pages();?
   >` – then it doesn’t work 🙂
 * Put it in the feedback div (or something similar) where the comment link is.
