Multipage and Tablepress

    Hi,

    Unfortunately the TablePress Plugin doesn’t work with Multipage. On the first page the table is visible and on the other not. The other pages don’t load the css-files and so on from Tablepress. Can you please help me with this or should I talk with the author of the Tablepress Plugin?
