    Working with the Pro (paid) version and have terrible expirience with support.
    – slow response
    – it’s always our fault
    – when we report a bug we had to wait 3/4 weeks for multiple times
    – when we report failure in UX which cause multiple issues we only get a response that they might look into it

    – when you don’t fill in all settings but do use the ‘Create site’ with copying from the default site you will experience that paged did copy (including the connection) but products are copied half, attributes are not, brands are. There is NO notice at all that you are missing settings in the settings part
    – when you report a bug on a setup staging and supply the credentials you will get answers like “we can’t reproduce locally”
    – when you file an official complaint you get an answer from the person you are complaining about that there are thousands of happy users….
    – the documentation is realy realy poor and most of it is only available for MLP2 and not working for version 3 (logical but sad)
    – language switcher is not working out of the box and can’t work with flags like with any other multi language plugin

    Why we are still using this plugin?
    1. it’s still the only good option for fast webshops because no extra tables with bad indexes
    2. it needs no compatibility with other plugins 🙂 big plus!

    We hope truly they will take care of the improvement and then we are willing to change our online reviews.
