 * Hi,
 * I’ve got an issue with this plug-in (or rather its adaptability with Polylang
   I guess), one which I find very odd. I’ve got a multilingual site (3 languages–
   Slovenian (main), English and Italian.
 * Everything works fine except for the english version of it – more specifically
   so the “Accept” button and its translation. For some reason instead of saying“
   Accept” it says:
 * “The technical storage or access is strictly necessary for the legitimate purpose
   of enabling the use of a specific service explicitly requested by the subscriber
   or user, or for the sole purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication
   over an electronic communications network.”
 * The thing is I’ve read through topics on this forum, and I tried (as was suggested)
   to delete the complianz string translations in Polylang and “Save” the cookie
   banner thereafter – I’ve done that, but to no avail, I’m still getting the same
   issue.
 * Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.
 * P.S. – The site is password protected ( papibaso )
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fmultilingual-issues-3%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi [@nikhlede](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nikhlede/),
 * Yes, to make sure the cookiebanner is translated correctly this is something
   you need to do in the string translations in your Polylang plugin.
    For more
   information on how to set up Complianz with Polylang please take a look at this
   article: [https://complianz.io/configuring-for-polylang/](https://complianz.io/configuring-for-polylang/)
 * Have you tried it the other way around? First saving the banner once more and
   then going to the string translations? When I go to your website, it looks to
   be ok. Is the issue solved?
 * Kind regards,
 * Kim van Dijk
