Multilanguage site

Hi!

I´m trying to put together a language chooser in the menu with two languages using qtranslate and Customizr. I´m a newbie so don´t know how to link the english flag to an english menu and then link the finnish flag back to the original page. Also when I activate qtranslate, the text on the frontpage turns out horrible!!
