Multilanguage doesnt work help

Hello everyone!
So I am working on my website at the moment and im trying to make it multilanguage.
So this is my website right now: http://www.africabusinessnetwork.net

and I want to be able to do it like this website: http://www.wyndhamherradura.com

I’ve tried differend plugins and it doesnt seem to work.
if you know any plugins that might do the trick or any obvious solution
then answer is greatly appriciated!
