I am still waiting for feedback from WPML. So for now, I don’t think it’s 100% compatible. * The issue is around someone posting in one language, and then that job not showing when viewing the site in other languages. * If you don’t need jobs posted in one language and shown on all other languages, you may want to look into [https://wordpress.org/plugins/multilingual-press/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/multilingual-press/). This uses a multisite – 1 site per language.
