• Hi, thanks for the plugin.

I use a multi-vendor https://wordpress.org/plugins/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/ https://wc-marketplace.com/ , and for the main order, I also have sub-orders (which are managed by vendors, the number of sub-orders for a new order depends on the number of vendors). The bottom line is that the points are doubled if the vendor completes his order from his personal account. This is problem

And the second problem, please tell me, I still do not understand why bonuses are not debited from me if I issue an order return?

    Hello,

In the plugin, we add points when a post with the type “order” reaches one of the selected order statuses (that you can see and edit in the features section). If the multi-vendor plugin creates posts with the “order” type instead of another type like “suborder”, it’s normal that points are also given in that case.
This will also happen with any loyalty plugin that gives points on order completion.

Unfortunately, there’s not much we can do about it. We know that other marketplace plugins like Dokan don’t pose that problem as they differentiate order types. You could try it or ask your multi vendor plugin’s author to do something about it.

Regarding the second problem, removing points on order refunds is part of the pro plugin features.
