 * I have two servers on which I run two websites per and was running well with
   3.0.1.
 * My pattern on both machines was to have two discrete installs with the pattern/
var/www/sitea and /var/www/siteb. Of course Apache has virtual servers set up
   for each.
 * On both servers the site I upgraded to 3.0.3 first the Automatic Upgrade worked
like a champ. The second site on each server when Automatic Upgrade is run the
process disappears into never-never land after the “Restarting Plug-ins” step
never to return and it acts like the entire process had never been run.
 * Has anyone else had a problem like this?
