    Hey, I had my multi-site set up and running great, but after a new computer upgrade and few WordPress upgrades I was not able to change themes. I now see that I have no super-admin status or network admin option! I don't know where it all went. I have searched the forums, checked the codex that I did a couple years when it worked fine then. I'm trying to figure out if my problem is here:

    [ Moderator Note: Please post code or markup snippets between backticks or use the code button. ]

    if ( is_multisite() ) {
    	$submenu[ 'index.php' ][5] = array( __('My Sites'), 'read', 'my-sites.php' );
    }

    if ( ! is_multisite() || is_super_admin() )
    	$update_data = wp_get_update_data();

    if ( ! is_multisite() ) {
    	$submenu[ 'index.php' ][10] = array( sprintf( __('Updates %s'), "<span class='update-plugins count-{$update_data['counts']['total']}' title='{$update_data['title']}'><span class='update-count'>" . number_format_i18n($update_data['counts']['total']) . "</span></span>" ), 'update_core',  'update-core.php');
    }

    Any advice would be appreciated.
