multi-site network not speaking to plug in or source

    Recently converted 2 wordpress custom psd to html templates to multi-site functional. Installed NS-Cloner Pro (a plug-in I have used before without issue) and the SOURCE has failed to be identified, thereby making cloning for the purpose of multi-site impossible. Hosting checks out. Plug-in checks out. Need a solution asap.
