 * Hello, im running a WP multi site version 3.0.1 and i have major issues with 
   the roles of my network blogs.
 * Ive tried out a few plugins to manage and set roles for my bloggers but no success,
   they keep getting the administrator role for their blogs.
 * So what i want is to be able to set a default role for my blogers when they create
   their new blogs and also the default theme is set to twenty ten and i cant change
   that, would appreciate some info about that too please.

 * I believe they have to be administrators? Isn’t that how it works? Someone has
   to be the admin of each new site, you are the super-admin

 * well im able to change their roles after they create the site, so some plugin
   or script line should make this work as soon as they create their site. I just
   havent found any good one that works i guess.
