Multi site change of admin email

    Hi,

    When a MU user clicks a link to confirm they want to be the new admin user of a MU website, they receive the following error:

    Cheatin’ uh?
    You are not allowed to manage these items.

    This still happens if we log out and log in.

    Advice appreciated.
