I have a question if I can have more than kept on the same areas and with different themes wp eg xxxxx.com xxxxyyyy.us have a theme and have another one with the same version of WP.

You’e in the multisite *section* of the forums. This is a feature of WordPress where you can have multiple blogs/sites within one installation.

That’s different than installing WP multiple times. which you can also do.

make another install of wordpress on the other domain. just like you did the first one.

There is no such possibility can also use subdomains to another area? same name with different extension?

I just said yes you can. Talk to your webhost.
