    i am using wp-multi network version 1.5.1

  4. http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-multi-network/ then? Okay.

Check your PHP error logs. See if there's something there. You may need mroe memory. Do you know how much your server has? (If you're on shared servers, that's going to be a problem)
