multi-lingual content?

    I am about to mak e choice of CMS for a company site soon.
    I wonder if anyone know if there is a pligin/widget or something to add that can handle a site served on several languages?

    And i dont want any kind of automatic translation. I want to have full control over the texts and a funtion that can handle several languages.

    I wish that it should check the users IP and chose language
    and
    that the user can change language by clicking his/her flag in the topmenu.

    Does any funktion like this exist for wp?
    A tip, anyone?

    With the qtranslate plugin, you can have your wordpress site in any language. There’s also a widget that you can put in your sidebar for visitors to chose their own language. Search in the plugins directory for qtranslate.
