Multi line footer- where to insert line return?

    Hi
    I am new to wordpress and still finding my way around. Can someone tell me where to insert a line return if I want my footer to be in more than 2 lines? I want the menu links on one line followed by copy rights and in the third line I want to include contact details ( address etc.)
