    Hi,

I see in your banner a mention about printing labels, but I did not see it in your description or screenshots, so I want to confirm that it does allow you to print fedex labels from your website?

In addition, is the tracking number added automatically to the emails?

Finally, is the plugin translated in multiple languages, or is it compatible with WPML?

    Thanks!

Also, a couple of other things, can you explain how it works with multi-currencies (e.g. what we would need to do)?

Is it possible to add a handling time (excluding weekends and holidays) so that the estimated delivery dates are pushed forward in time?

One more. Are any third party accounts apart from Fedex required for full use of this plugin?

Another! Will the tracking number show in the user’s woocommerce account e.g. in their order history?

The answers to your questions are as follows.
    1. Yes, you can print FedEx shipping labels using our module.
    2. Tracking number can be added but currently, it will be processed through our HITSHIPO.
    3. Our plugin can be translated into multiple languages and it is also compatible with WPML.
    4. Our module supports multi-currencies but you need to add filters.
    5. Currently our module doesn’t support Handling time, but we can make it for you if you are our premium customer.
    6. No, it is not necessary to use any other third-party accounts other than FedEx credentials.
    7. Yes, the tracking number will be shown in the user’s woocommerce account.

It sounds like we will need a HITSHIPO account in order to use the plugin. Is that right? Or is that only for the tracking number?

If I understood your comment about currencies correctly, we would need to handle the conversion rate in custom code?

You need a HITSHIPO account if you are using our WordPress plugins. Also already there is an option in our module so there are no additional filters required for currency conversion.
