    Hello,
    i want to develop website in 4 language (English, German, Spanish and Chinese Mandarin ).
    i will entry manually in backend 4 language. i don’t want to use any plugins.
    kindly help me here.

    Without plugins you could realize this as a multisite installation. Or also 4 single installations. Each language has its own address and its own installation.

    Disadvantage: you have to manually create all texts and content in the respective languages and thus have an increased editorial effort.
