Unfortunately with this plugin only one faucet per WP installation can be created a the time. We were working on multi0faucet capabilities, but there was no demand for it, so we kinda did put it on the far shelf
If you want to have several faucets on your site, consider this one: Simple Bitcoin (Altcoin) Faucets, Visitor Rewarder, Satoshi Games, Referral Program

No, it does not, although you can configure spendings via micropayment system application settings. I’m pretty sure Cryptoo.me has limits for 30 minutes
