 * Good day!
    Is it possible I can use a plugin to make each product in a different
   currency? at the check-out page displaying in a different currency and attach
   an online currency converter to calculate the final amount in the assigned one
   currency.

 * The multi-Currency plugin you’ve linked will allow you to switch the currency
   for the whole site from your default one to another currency.
 * If I understand your specific use case, you want each product to be in different
   currencies by default, then once all products are in cart, convert them all to
   one currency?
