Multi – Author front page

I want to organize my front page based on Authors, similar to how http://www.huffingtonpost.com is organized. The latest post by the Author will appear in their window on the front page. The Authors will also have a pitcure and a link to their bio in their display window.

I am willing to pay to have this programmed.
