Hi, I’m in the process of setting up a wordpress site for people to publish natural cures that worked for them, and make those cures accessible to others that need them. One of the requirements is that only the author of the natural cure (and the site admin) can edit their content, but other users of the site can view and comment on the cure.
Could I set up such a framework using the edit-flow plugin, or can you suggest how best to do this?
Do you have links to any sites that have a similar framework to what I’m looking for?

    Thanks for your help
    David

It sounds like what you want to do might be doable with the core features of WordPress (and wouldn’t require installing Edit Flow).

I’d recommend setting up a WordPress site, experimenting with roles and capabilities, and getting a better sense of how the permissions system works.

Thanks Daniel, I’m really a novice, I’ll check out your suggestions.
