Mulitple user roles for woocommerce

    Hi

    Is it possible to use your notification plugin with users that have multiple roles?
    This plugin allows you to set multiple roles https://wordpress.org/plugins/hm-multiple-roles/
    Everytime i send a notification to one of the roles all roles get notified.
    So a user with 3 roles gets 3 notifications.

    You know a way to only get notification for a selected role?
    I using your plugin to notify woocommerce users about new product published

    Hi @malinka76,
    Thanks for your message.

    You may need to create three notifications to do this and exclude the other user roles in each one.

    E.g.
    Notification 1 is sent to user roles A and excludes B and C
    Notification 2 is sent to user roles B and excludes A and C
    Notification 3 is sent to user roles C and excludes A and B

    This should, as far as I can tell, prevent duplicate notifications from going to the same users.
