    Can you clarify me,

    You’re asking to change the font size for the menu items in the top bar here: https://colorlib.com/sparkling/ or you want to know how to add the menu items? Or you’re trying to change the font?

    Hi,

    Please add this Custom CSS in Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS,

    .navbar-default .navbar-nav > li > a {
    font-size: 16px;
}

    Change the 16px according to your needs, please use English as a communication language, so that we can understand you better.
