Can you please verify which version of the plugin you are running? Also can you give us more info about your scenario? Is it WordPress or WordPress multisite? Is it an upgrade, or a new install?
The more details we can have about your scenario the easier it would be to solve this issue.
P.S. It would be more appropriate if you open a support case and discuss matters with us prior to rating the plugin. If we fail to help you and solve the issue I would understand giving a low rating to the plugin but you rated the plugin before posting the support request.
Please upgrade the plugin to solve the problem you reported above. Would appreciate if you get back to us and give us an update, and if you are happy with the update of course we would appreciate it even more if you update the ratings 🙂
