mshtml errors

    I used one of the spam plugins (gene’s@imporium) and now my site only works in FireFox. Whenever I try to go to my site in Internet Explorer it crashes with a MSHTML.dll error. Anybody have any idea of a fix?
    I’ve already re-uploaded all the Word Press files other than css-layout, config and restored my database. Still the same problem.

    Perhaps IE has some bad code still in it’s cache? Try going into Control Panel -> Internet Options and under Temporary Internet Files click Delete Files. When the message box pops-up, click Ok. Windows will think for a little bit while it deletes the stuff from your cache; when it’s done, you should be able to click Ok to the Internet Properties window and exit Control Panel. After you’ve done all that, try visiting your site again. Hopefully that will take care of your problem; if it doesn’t come back here and post a link to your site so others can check it out.
