MS Office Icons Issue

When I upload Office documents with extensions that end in “x” (.docx, for example) Download Manager automatically assigns and displays the correct icon for that type of file. However, when I upload older Office documents (.doc, for example) Download Manager does not automatically assign an icon to the file. In fact, when I try to manually associate an icon with the file it still will not work, displaying no icon at all in the table (embedded using the “all packages” shortcode). How can I get Download Manager to work as well for older Office documents as it does for the current file extensions? Thanks!
