    I converted a .xlsx to .csv using the common formats on my Mac. I was unable to batch upload the redirects. I then tried on a PC and it worked flawlessly.

    I went back to my Mac and selected file output type of .csv MS-DOS. You may have to scroll through the multiple file extension types to find it. It worked.

    I don’t know the difference but the plugin does.

    I ran into the same issue.

    I used Excel for Mac 2011 and saved my CSV as a Windows Comma Separated filetype. Uploading it then worked.

    I’d suggest the developers include this in the FAQ or the on-screen documentation in future releases.
