# MPC needed for CTX Feed?

 * I wonder whether it is necessary to also enter the item number in the ‘custom
   fields’ option because I also use the item number for ‘stock’
    Here is another
   screenshot. I never actually fill this out, but is it necessary? If I DO this,
   will the feed ensure that the products are displayed faster or what is the function
   of the item number for CTX feed?

 * If you’re managing stock numbers [in WooCommerce](https://prnt.sc/-8zGpr1LBs1E),
   you can retrieve the value using the [Quantity](https://prnt.sc/DGBEpKskgir1)
   attribute. There’s no need to handle the stock number from custom fields again.
