I'm building an Etsy like ecommerce platform.
I'm a beginner to this, so I'll try to be as clear as possible.
I'm installing different shortcode from Marketpress on my main page for the network,
one of them be the global products list as seen

    <h4>NEW PRODUCTS</h4>
    <hr />

    [mp_list_global_products paginate="true" page="1" per_page="5" list_view="0" order_by="date" show_price="0" order="DESC"]

    [mp_list_global_products paginate="true" page="1" per_page="10" list_view="0" order_by="rand" show_price="0" order="DESC"]

for so reason these codes were working fine and now just stopped working and displaying "No product" message on my homepage.
I'm confused and lost, I've been looking into it for the last 3 days and I still can't understand why?
Could you please help me to figure out what is happening?
Thank you in advance for your support
    Franck

    Hi Franck,

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

Make sure you have network activated the MarketPress plugin and you have created at least one product.

What are you getting if you use only the shortcode [mp_list_global_products] ?

Have you added/updated/deleted anything recently on your site that caused this issue or have you made any custom changes in the plugin?

Try deleting and reinstalling MarketPress plugin.

    Kind Regards,
    WPMU DEV

    Hi there Franck,

Hope you won't mind my adding something here too. Could you let us know, did you have the premium version of MarketPress previously?

The premium version has Multisite features such as this global product list. The free version is limited and doesn't include extra Multisite features.

Perhaps you had the premium version installed before and it stopped working when you installed the free version here?

    Cheers,
    David

    Hi WPMU DEV
    Thanks for your answer.
I've created 30 dummy products, and 5 test shops.
The network is activated and was working fine, the shortcode was running fine too, I did use the same shortcode adding the "tag="1"" option to it for my 3 specific pages, worked for an hour and suddenly started telling me "No products" on my main page and on the 3 other specific pages (Dog, Cat, Lifestyle...).
I did tried [mp_list_global_products] same message "no products".
the only changes were the tags, I added 2 more to the existing 3 coming with the premium plugin... I didn't changed or added anything to the original plugin.
I didn't renew my membership a month ago with you guys after 2 years.
So I don't know if I can delete my marketpress version and download it again without having to renew my membership!?!
Thank in advance for your help
    Franck
