# MP4s won’t load.

 * I am using Masteriyo. Its great to a point. But then stopped uploading files.(
   I was trying to change the existing ones with compressed files). So they existed
   and there’s certainly enough space, have checking the PHP levels are all good.
   For uploads and post. Cleared cache. Cleared any unused pluggins. Loaded Big 
   Files Uploads. Nothing works. Any suggestions. Otherwise I can’t use this program.

 * Thank you for the detailed troubleshooting steps you have already tried. It sounds
   like you have covered most of the common causes, so we would like to get a bit
   more clarity to help pinpoint the issue.
 * We noticed that your site is currently in maintenance mode, so we are unable 
   to view it directly at the moment. Could you please confirm a few details?
 * Where exactly are you trying to upload or replace these MP4 files, is it within
   a Masteriyo lesson’s video upload field, through the WordPress Media Library,
   or somewhere else? Also, when you try uploading, do you see any specific error
   message on the screen, or does it fail silently? If possible, could you also 
   check the browser console for any errors during the upload and let us know what
   appears there?
 * Once we have these details, we will be able to look into this further and suggest
   the right fix.

 * Hey Hey – yes trying to load them in Masteriyo Courses. They’ve just written 
   to me saying that they are not picking up a problem their side and showed my 
   a time stamp video (which took about 30 secs to load). They suggest trying to
   load the videos through the media direct, see if that works. But just got a red
   notice underneath my page which said ” cannot get a valid response from the server”.
   So … maybe this server host cannot give me what I want. Can you recommend anywhere
   in SA (South Africa) or elsewhere, who is a good server host for LMS packages?

 * PS yes you can’t get in because I’m on Maintenance mode at the moment I cant 
   use my site until its fixed!! I can’t sell half a course. But I can give you 
   login details privately?

   support platform and confirmed that this issue is coming from your hosting environment,
   not from the Masteriyo plugin itself.
 * Also, just to clarify, this particular forum is for eLearning theme support, 
   not Masteriyo LMS plugin support, so this may not be the right place for this
   specific topic.

   sharing any login credentials or account details here, as it is not safe to do
   so.
