Hello, I am writing to you because I am having problems with the installation of Really Simple SSL in the hosting “dondominio.com”. I install the plugin perfectly, it generates the SSL keys and I add them without problem to my hosting, but I always get this error “MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_REQUIRED_TLS_FEATURE_MISSING” on PCs, not on mobiles or tablets.
In addition, it tells me that the SSL is linked to the domains of my hosting (* .dondominio.com, dondominio.com) instead of to my website, throwing this error “SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN”.
I hope you can help me solve this problem.
    Thank you.

This rare error message seems to mean there is a problem with the server’s OCSP response: OCSP “stapling” — inclusion of the verification of the non-revocation of the server’s certificate — is required but not provided.

You have to contact your web host support with this error message, its a webserver software configuration problem.

I had to choose to change hosting since the technical service did nothing.
    Thanks.
