Moving WP installation to new directory

    I would like to move my WordPress installation to the root folder. Is this just as easy as moving the files, then changing the Site Address setting in phpMyAdmin?

    (The reason I’m doing this at all is I want to enable multisite WP. The installation must be in the root folder.)
