Moving WordPress To A Different Server (Same Domain) – Brinkster

  • I have recently transferred my domains to a different server within Brinkster’s framework. from server1.brinkster.com to server2.brinkster.com with my domain names being the same (mydomain.com/blog).

Now when I try to access my blog I get the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in C:\Sites\server2\username\webroot\blog\wp-includes\functions.php on line 292

I do know that the PHP version on the new server is but I know that it is newer than the old server. That shouldn’t be a problem right? Is there a field in the mySQL database that needs to be changed to reference the new absolute path?

    Thanks in advance.
