 * First of all, I’m very sorry if this is a double post, found so much when i searched…
 * So, I’ve been building a blog/site with wordpress for a while now, and I’m getting
   ready to put it up for the general public.
    So far, I’ve been having the site
   in a sub-folder on my server (www.henrybowers.com/wptest), but now I want to
   move it out of the folder and into the root. Is it ok just to move all the files
   and change the “wordpress URL” setting? Or should I do something else too?
 * anyway, cheers
    /oscar, sweden

 * you actually don’t have to move all the files…just a couple. A lot of us have
   our files in a subdirectory, but access it from the main domain.
