Moving Woocommerce subscribers to new website | WordPress.org

I am building a new company website in a subdomain, with the intention of moving it to our main domain when it is finished.

What is the best way to move woocommerce (including all subscribers and their info) to the new website without interruption? Is this possible? I am nervous about losing customer info.

Hi there,

Yes, it’s definitely possible and there are a few options available:
- You could use a plugin like https://ithemes.com/purchase/backupbuddy/ to create a one-time backup of your entire WordPress installation that you can then reinstall on another domain
- You can create a staging area using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/
- You can use a plugin like https://deliciousbrains.com/wp-migrate-db-pro/ to continuously send data to a nominated WordPress installation – this is for the database only, not actual files

Thanks! These methods can just target woocommerce data and nothing else?
