Ok guys, i have to say, i made a mistake, because I didn't read the manual for moving blog, but I have to ask, if there is a solution for this:

I thought, all I have to do, is download wordpress files from old blog to new server, fill out the mysql database and I am ready, but of course i typed the new address into browser and there was a new instalation. So I got a new account for new site and the blog running there, but it's fresh and I was doing that in assumption that all my posts, categories, comments are in wordpress files.

Is there any way to make it working, when there is already new account rationed to new server, so it can make some problems putting there an old maybe?

Please tell me, if it can be helped, I am just some "newbie" in this.

Assuming you are using the same domain address for WordPress.

Just use phpMyAdmin to DROP the database tables, then do a database backup at your old site to get you posts, comments, etc.

Then restore you database to your new host and make sure your wp-config.php uses the correct $table_prefix (if your posts table is called wp_posts then the prefix is 'wp_').

    Moving WordPress explains also.

    So it's a different domain?

Did you edit the database .sql backup and replace the old domain with the new domain in all places?
