I have a new site for a client and they’re currently using this plugin for volunteer sign ups. Is it possible to export and import all the data for your plugin? Sing-ups, forms and all?

Yes, if you are copying the full database from old site to new site, then the options and custom tables should all also be copied.

If you are setting up the new site from scratch, and NOT copying the full database, then you will need to export the three custom tables my plugin uses from the old site using something like PHPMyAdmin and then create/import those tables in the database for the new server. There are also several options saved in the WordPress options table. Search for options that begin with “pta_”, and copy those into the options table of your new WordPress site.

The three tables you need to copy also contain “pta_” after your database prefix, which is by default “wp_” unless you created a custom prefix during install. So, for default install, they would be:
    wp_pta_sus_sheets
    wp_pta_sus_tasks
    wp_pta_sus_signups

Those are where all the info is saved for sheets, tasks, and signups.

Thank you so much. You’re awesome!
