Hi, does anyone know how I can move the title above the image in the property listing, as seen in the demo?

Hi,

You should use Realtyna theme 28 if you want to have demo style but you can customize WPL layouts simply as well. You should override /path/to/wpl/views/frontend/property_listing/tmpl/assets/default_listings.php into your (child) theme and then modify it.
