moving the site into it’s own folder

    Hi there
    I have the site installed on the root of a domain name.

    I now have a need for a splash page which will need to be where the wordpress home page is.

    Can I simply create a new folder and move the site there and change the urls in the define code in the config file?

    Can anyone help?
