# moving the loop around

 * i want to move the section on the twentyten theme in the posts were it says. 
   posted in ‘the category name’ | 2 comments. To above the title of the post. i
   have attempted this by editing the loop file and moving the function that generates
   this to the desired location.
 * I uploaded the file overwriting the old one via FTP. though i see no changes 
   in my file, i have cleared the catche also.
 * Is wordpress just slow on registering any updates made or anything?

 * Don’t edit the Twenty Ten theme. Your changes **will** be over-written the next
   time you upgrade WordPress. For this reason, it is recommended that you consider
   [creating a child theme for your customisations](http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes).
   Once your child theme is active, we should be able to help with the customisation.
