Tried moving the css in .direction-controls-placeholder .dir-tm-d & .direction-controls-placeholder .dir-tm-w to move icons up – they just dont go up far enough.

Its the Simpleo theme GPL2 available in repository
Thought it was the Simpleo them – However, it does the same with all default themes too.
