Moving Subscribers from .org to .org previously moved from wp.com using Jetpack

I’ve looked all over for the answer to this question. I can’t find it, and so I’m here. 🙂

I had subscribers when my blog was at .wordpress.com, I moved them to my self-hosted blog using Jetpack.

What I need to do is find a way to bring those subscribers with me to my latest self-hosted blog. Everyone has been notified that the move is on the way and I’d really like to not have to start over.

I’ve tried going back through Jetpack, but there’s really nothing.

Anything you can do to help me would be great!
