You should be able to change your site’s domain name by going to Settings > General in your dashboard, once the domain is configured to point to your hosting plan.
Once you’ve done so, you can do the following:
1) Go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard
2) Click on “My Jetpack” at the top of the page.
3) Click on “Disconnect Site from WordPress.com” if your site is currently connected to WordPress.com.
4) Confirm the disconnection.
5) Click on the Connect button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.
This reconnection will force an update of your Jetpack settings to use the new domain, and you’ll be all set!
If you’ve already moved the site to the new domain by moving your content instead of editing the existing site, we should be able to transfer your stats for you. Send us an email via this contact form, and once we can confirm that you own both sites, we’ll transfer your stats for you!
