• Hello!

I’ve managed to figure out how to do a lot of customizing to modularity lite to get it where I needed for my website but have hit one last final wall I can’t seem to figure out.

    My website is : TarHeelLacrosseClub.com

I’ve resized the image slider on top to be about the same width as the main body of the website. I have my menu/recent posts/twitter on the sidebar. What I’d like is to get that sidebar to move up under the header, basically where the big black empty square is next to where the slider was. If you look at the website I think it will make sense what I’m saying, I just can’t figure out how to get the sidebar to shift up next to the image slider.

    Thanks!

  • [NB: I have only been teaching myself WordPress with very limited PHP knowledge for 3 days, so don’t take my answer as gospel. I am getting there tho, I think! lol!]

Can you post the contents of your index.php? You’re looking to put get_sidebar() beside the slider, and the ‘loop’ (your posts) directly under it, yes?

I would probably use tables for that, but I know most people aren’t fond of it, so you may get a better answer off a DIVer (tables aren’t evil tho….)

Show me your index.php contents (use pastebin!) and i’ll see if I can do it in DIVs for you anyways 🙂

I’ll try to get the code pasted in here.

In the meantime if anyone knows an answer let me know.

    Thanks!
