# Moving problems.

 * I just moved my girlfriends site from her old hosting to a new one. I installed
   a new wordpress, and then made the wp-config refer to the database (that hasn’t
   moved)
 * now when I go to the site, I get this:
 * **PHP Error Message**
 * Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/)
   is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/:/usr/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/a6848505/
   public_html/meatabstract/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1501
 * PHP Error Message
 * Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 10 seconds exceeded in /home/a6848505/
   public_html/meatabstract/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1501
 * does anyone know what has gone wrong?

 * Both issues seem to be hosting related. The first one for sure which is open_basedir
   restriction “PHP Security”. Also, check php.ini to see the max_execution_time.
 * You need to contact your hosting provider.
