Kind of a strange question, and I’m totally prepared for there being no answer. But what the heck, I thought I’d try.
When I started my blog, it was on wordpress.com. After a few months I started self-hosting and abandoned the original site. There are a few posts from over there that I’d like to move to the newer site because of their popularity.
The easy solution (and one I’ll probably have to use unless someone has a better idea) would be for me to cut and paste them into new posts. However, what I’d rather do is;
1. Find a way to bring the comments along with the post
2. Find a way to get the original link to redirect to the new post
Anybody have any experience/thoughts on the subject?
