    There seems to be a code issue with my site. I ( I’ll take the responsibility) got into the php code trying to – well I don’t even remember now it’s been that long ago- and messed it up. When you land on the home page everything is OK, but as soon as you click on a previous post or move through them using the next or previous you get this at the top of the page – Continue reading →” />
    It’s not a big thing and I made several attempts at cleaning it up without success.

    Any ideas as to which file might be messed up to look at and find that open code?

    Please post a link to your site. Substitute the word dot for the .

    Its definitely in the WordPress code and not the theme. I tried new themes with the same result.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    It is coming from a meta tag in the header.

Our neighbor across the street were the McCoys. It just proves you don’t want to mess with the … <a href="">Continue reading <span class="meta-nav">→</span></a>" />
    <meta name="keywords" content="stand and talk, stories, humor" />

    I found the SEO Meta tags plugin giving me the headache. I deactivated and deleted for a clean page- Thanks!!

    Again Thanks.
