Moving Main Menu From Header | WordPress.org

I’ve been trying to find a way to move the main nav menu, search box and cart info from the header area to below the header in the storefront theme.

WP has changed a lot since I last used it about 5 years ago. I would have known what to do back then but now I’m lost.

I want only the header image at the top and the other stuff right below it.

Hey,

Rather than moving everything else, it would be easier to just insert your image above everything.

You can do that with something like;
```
add_action( 'storefront_header', 'jk_custom_header', 10 );
function jk_custom_header() {
echo 'image goes here';
}
```
I’d recommend using our Theme Customisation plugin to do this; https://github.com/woothemes/theme-customisations

I put that in functions.php but it didn’t show

Is there more to it than just that code?

Using the echo tag all I get is the url of the image.

Not sure what to use to actually display the image with a url though.

I had forgotten that you’re suppose to use html tags in there
